Extension to provide 15 new hotel bedrooms and refurbishment of the existing reception and dining facilities

Forte Hotels commissioned Kay Elliott Architects to develop an existing block to provide 15 new bedrooms and to extend and refurbish the existing reception and dining facilities.

The Dart Marina Hotel is contained within three existing buildings, the northernmost one contains the kitchen at ground floor level. Kay Elliott Architects obtained planning permission to re-model the interior of the block and to provide another storey to accommodate 15 new rooms on three levels linked back to the hotel building. The new extension to the dining room, lounge and reception provides the hotel with a stylish entrance and a new look.
